These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LoginPosts platform and API services ("Service") operated by LoginPosts ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the LoginPosts API or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One account per person/organisation unless explicitly authorised otherwise.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. API Access and Usage

4.1 API Keys

Upon subscription, you will be issued an API key. This key is personal and must not be shared, published, or distributed to third parties. You are fully responsible for any use of your API key.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without prior written consent
• Exceed API rate limits or attempt to bypass usage restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Scrape or cache content beyond the limits permitted by your plan
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

5.2 Wallet Credits

Credits added to your wallet are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, API access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the LoginPosts platform are the intellectual property of LoginPosts or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

News content delivered via the API is sourced from third-party publishers. LoginPosts does not claim ownership of third-party content and passes through applicable copyright notices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoginPosts shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruptions or errors in the Service
• Third-party content accuracy or completeness

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
