Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent approach to refunds and cancellations.

At LoginPosts, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, cancellations, and credits.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, your access will continue until the end of the paid period and will not be renewed.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for unused months, provided:

  • The cancellation request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date, OR
  • The Service has been significantly unavailable (less than 95% uptime in the billing month)

Refund amounts will be calculated based on the monthly equivalent rate for any unused complete months.

2. Wallet Credits

2.1 Non-refundable Credits

Wallet credits (balance recharges) are generally non-refundable once added to your account, as they are immediately available for use.

2.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds of unused wallet credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by a technical error on our end
  • Fraudulent unauthorised charges
  • Account closure requested within 7 days of recharge with zero API usage

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be eligible if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within the timeframe specified above
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid reason along with supporting evidence where applicable
  • The amount in question was charged directly by LoginPosts (not a third-party reseller)

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email us at billing@loginposts.com with the subject: Refund Request — [Your Account Email]
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, amount, and reason for the request
  3. Attach any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors or duplicate charges)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear.

6. Service Disruptions

If the LoginPosts API experiences significant downtime (more than 4 continuous hours in a billing month) due to issues on our end, affected customers may be eligible for service credits. We will proactively issue credits in such cases without requiring a formal request.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or fraudulent, please contact us at billing@loginposts.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior notification may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
